  6. Deliverability rate. Inbox placement, not just "sent." Should be 95%+ at minimum. If you drop below 90%, you have a sender reputation problem that needs urgent attention.
  7. Revenue attribution: email vs. SMS vs. paid. Use a tool that does proper multi-touch attribution rather than last-click. This usually reduces email's claimed credit by 30-40%, which is uncomfortable but accurate.
